Immunity smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen mango
½ cup ice
¼ cup or less filtered water
3 tbs of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (peeled)
1 thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric (peeled) or you could use a tsp of dried turmeric
1 tbs maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
Simply add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 1.
