Vegan No-Bake Granola Bars
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup any of our cereals or muesli
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup soaked dates
1 tbs raw organic coconut oil
2 tbs nut butter/ tahini
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients except the freeze-dried raspberries into a food processor and blend until combined and the mixture is a malleable consistency. Line a bread tin or brownie tin with baking paper. Place the mixture into the tin and press down. Top with the freeze-dried raspberries and then allow to set in the freezer for a couple of hours. Cut into bars and then transfer to the fridge. These will keep in the fridge stored in an airtight container for at least a week.
