Probiotic Dips Three Ways

We love using our Natural Coconut Yoghurt in savoury dips. It gives them such a nice creamy texture and delicious flavour plus it’s a great way to get some extra probiotic goodness into your day. Here are three of our favourites - Probiotic Butter Bean Hummus,  Coconut Yoghurt Tzatziki and Zesty Yoghurt Tahini Dip.

Probiotic Butter Bean Hummus

Ingredients
400g of tinned or cooked butter beans  
1/4 cup of tahini
2 tbs of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
3 tbs of extra virgin olive oil
2 ice cubes
Pinch of salt and pepper
2-3 tbs of water if needed to get to desired consistency 

Topping (optional)
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You might need to add a little water to get it to the desired consistency. 

Coconut Yoghurt Tzatziki

Ingredients
1/2 cup Natural Coconut Yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/4 cup of finely diced cucumber
1/2 clove of crushed garlic (optional)
A handful of chopped coriander, mint or dill (finely chopped)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well to combine. 

Coconut Yoghurt Tahini Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1/4 cup tahini
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of sea salt

Topping (optional)
1 tbs of dukkah
1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well until smooth and creamy. Depending on the brand of tahini you use, you may need to add a little water to thin it out.
