Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
2 tbs of our Vanilla and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
1 medjool date
1 serve of protein powder (we used hemp protein)
1/4 cup or less of water or nut milk
Pinch of sea salt

Toppings
A spoonful of our Coconut Yoghurt
A sprinkle of our Cherry Cacao Paleo Cereal
1-2 squares of chopped vegan dark chocolate

Instructions

Put all of the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Depending on your blender you might need to use more liquid to get it to blend nicely. Pour into a bowl and top with a spoonful of Coconut Yoghurt, a sprinkle of our Super Cereal and the dark chocolate.

Serves 1.
