Probiotic Green Coconut Smoothie

Not only does a spoonful of Coconut Yoghurt in your green smoothie make it taste deliciously creamy but it can assist your body in absorbing nutrients. Certain nutrients, particularly found in dark leafy greens are fat-soluble, meaning that a healthy fat needs to be present for your body to properly absorb them. 

Ingredients:

1 heaped tbs. of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1/2 cup filtered water
2 stalks of kale or a large handful of baby spinach
1 handful of fresh mint
1 golden kiwifruit
1/2 lemon
1 piece of cucumber (approximately 5cm)
1 knob of ginger (approximately 1 cm x 1 cm)
1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions:

Add all of the above ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 1 person
