Probiotic Vegan Bounty Bars

Ingredients

2 cups shredded coconut
1/3 cup coconut butter
1/3 cup of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbs raw, organic coconut oil (melted)
2 tbs sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)
100g vegan dark chocolate

Instructions

To begin with add the shredded coconut, coconut butter, coconut yoghurt, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix everything together using your hands and then shape into bars or balls.

Put these on a lined tray or plate and put in the freezer to set for half an hour to an hour.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and allow to cool slightly so it’s not piping hot when you cover the bars.

Once the chocolate mixture has cooled dip each bar into the chocolate mixture.

Allow to set in the fridge or freezer before serving. These will keep in the fridge for a week or so (if they last that long!). 

Makes 10-12 bars.
