Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coffee
2 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Coconut Yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp almond butter

2 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Coconut Yoghurt
Cacao Powder

Method

  1. In a large bowl or container combine the rolled oats, coffee, Vanilla Bean Coconut Yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup and almond butter. Mix well and pop in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning add our Vanilla and Chia Coconut Yoghurt (chocolate would be delicious too) and a dusting of cacao powder.

Serves 2-3.
