Paleo Cherry, Cacao and Banana Bars

Ingredients

2 cups of our Cherry Cacao Raw Paleo Super Cereal
1 large banana 
1 tbs raw organic coconut oil
2 tbs nut butter
2 tbs coconut flour
100-150g of vegan dark chocolate 

Garnish (optional)
Freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. 

In a food processor combine our cherry, cacao raw paleo super cereal, coconut oil, nut butter, banana and coconut flour and process until a sticky mixture forms. Place the mixture into a lined square baking tin and press down firmly.

Pop in the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a double boiler and pour the melted chocolate on top. Once the slice has cooked allow to cool slightly before pouring over the melted chocolate.

Transfer to the freezer for an hour or so for the chocolate to set. 

Once the chocolate has set, take out the freezer and cut into bars. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries.  

These will keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
